We had a hard time keeping the house at a comfortable temperature. We did find some box fans in the closet, but after being in the heat all day it would've been nice to be able to sleep and enjoy the house at a cooler temperature. I understand the need to monitor the air conditioning, but 72 is not at all cool enough, especially at night guest in the guest room's complained about not being able to sleep and being too hot.  Overall, the house was perfect. Very clean. Great neighborhood. Easy access to everything! Access to the garage was also nice." (10/5)
